The family of Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and former captain of the Pakistan justice platoon, is a prominent Pakistani family active in politics and sports. It was formerly the First Family of Pakistan. Imran Khan was born on 5 October 1952 in Lahore to father Ikramullah Khan Niazi, a civil mastermind, and mama Shaukat Khanum.( 1) He grew up as the only son in the family, with four sisters. Paternally, Khan belongs to the Niazi Pashtun lineage which has long been settled in Mianwali in northwestern Punjab.( 2) Khan's mama hailed from the Burki Pashtun lineage settled in Jalandhar, Punjab, which emigrated a many centuries agone
from South Waziristan in the ethnical areas of northwest Pakistan.( 1) Khan's motherly family has produced several great cricketers, the most prominent of whom are Javed Burki and Majid Khan.( 2) From 1995 to 2004, Imran Khan was married to Jemima Goldsmith, a British swell turned pen and activist, and member of the influential Goldschmidt family of England. They've two sons from the marriage Sulaiman Isa Khan( born 1996) and Kasim Khan( born 1999). The marriage ended amicably in divorce in 2004.In early 2015, Khan blazoned his alternate marriage to the British Pakistani intelligencer Reham Khan. The marriage lasted nine months and ended in divorce on 30 October 2015.( 3) In 2018, he married Bushra Bibi, who was preliminarily his spiritual tutor.( 4) Elementary family women Jemima Goldsmith Main composition Jemima Goldsmith Jemima Goldmith On 16 May 1995, Khan married Jemima Goldsmith, in a traditional Pakistani marriage form in Paris. A month latterly, on 21 June, they were married again in a civil form at the Richmond registry office in England, followed by a event at the Goldsmiths' house in Surrey which was attended by London's nobility.( 5) The marriage was named by the media as" The marriage of the century". Jemima Marcelle Goldsmith is the eldest child of Lady Annabel Vane- Tempest- Stewart and Billionaire financier Sir James Goldsmith, who was one of richest men in UK. Goldsmith enrolled at the University of Bristol in 1993 and studied English, but dropped out when she was married in 1995. She ultimately completed her bachelorette's degree in March 2002 with upper alternate- class honours. In 2003, she entered her Mama in Middle Eastern Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, fastening on Modern Trends in Islam. The marriage, described as" tough" by Khan,( 2) ended in 2004 after nine times. Shortly after their marriage, Imran and Jemima arrived at Zaman Park in Lahore from their honeymoon at one of the Goldsmiths' granges in Spain, and were saluted by transnational and original journalists. It was also blazoned that Jemima had converted to Islam and she'd use' Khan' as her last name. As an agreement of his marriage, Khan spent four months a time in England and the rest in Lahore. The marriage produced two sons, Sulaiman Isa( born 18 November 1996) and Kasim( born 10 April 1999).( 6) During the marriage Jemima laboriously shared in a Khan led charity drive for the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre and also supported her hubby in starting his original political career. Rumours circulated that the couple's marriage was in extremity.
Jemima placed an announcement in Pakistan journals to deny them. It read" Whilst it's true that I'm presently studying for a master's degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, it's clearly not true to say that Imran and I are having difficulties in our marriage. This is a temporary arrangement."( 7) On 22 June 2004, it was blazoned that the couple had disassociated, ending the nine- time marriage because it was" delicate for Jemima to acclimatize to life in Pakistan" despite both their stylish sweats.( 8) The marriage ended amicably. Khan described the six months leading to the divorce and the six months after as the hardest times of his life. After the divorce Jemima returned to Britain with the boys. According to the divorce agreement, Khan's sons visit him in Pakistan during their academy leaves while he stays with his former mama - in- law, Lady Annabel Goldsmith, when he comes to London to see them.( citation demanded) Reham Khan Main composition Reham Khan In January 2015, Imran Khan married British Pakistani intelligencer and TV anchor Reham Khan, after months of enterprise. The marriage was conducted via a simple nikah form at Khan's hearthstone in Bani Gala.( 9)
The marriage ended in divorce nine months latterly, in October 2015.( 3) Reham is an ethnical Pashtun, belonging to the Lughmanisub-clan of the Swati lineage.( 10) She comes from Mansehra in the Hazara region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,( 10) and speaks the original shoptalk Hindko, in addition to Pashto and Urdu.( 11)
